ON SALE Polaris 900 Complete Engine / Motor RZR 900 Ranger 900 Rebuilt Engine is vatted and cleaned. All wear items checked against factory specifications

Engine had 2274 miles with no failures before disassembly but we did not know the history so we decided to rebuild before selling. New Kibble white bronze valve guide and Viton seals installed – along with new Hot Cams intake and exhaust valves. Valve job performed and head assembled and valve lash set. OEM cylinders honed and checked. New STD Numeral coated pistons installed. OEM crankshaft and rods with crankshaft – connecting rod and balance shaft bearings replaced with new OEM. New OEM crankshaft seal. New Hot Cams cam chain and oil pump chain with new OEM cam gear bolts. Oil pump disassembled – cleaned and checked against OEM specs.All crash washers and o-rings replaced. We use only high quality parts in our rebuilt motors. Athena gaskets (install gaskets included),NGK spark plugs, K&N oil filter.
